About Danielle Harvey

Danielle Harvey is not your average 30-something. Born to first generation Italian-American parents in Brooklyn, New York in the late 80s, Danielle and her family migrated south and settled in the triangle when she was just 10. After graduating from Green Hope High School in Cary, Danielle was awarded the coveted Chancellor's Scholarship and accepted into Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte where she studied culinary arts.


After graduating with honors, Danielle returned home to Cary where she helped establish and run a boutique bakery in Apex. During her time in the hospitality industry, Danielle honed her sales and networking skills, attending trade shows across the country and even appearing on the Food Network. A young professional with her mind set on building equity, Danielle purchased her first home in Cary shortly after graduating college.


Not long after that, her interest in real estate began to grow. Always thorough, Danielle offered to job shadow with a home builder in the little free time she had. She was a natural and quickly left her career in the kitchen for her true calling. In October 2014, Danielle joined Epcon Communities as an apprentice. By 2016, she was on a stage in Ohio accepting the "National Sales Consultant of the Year" award - an honor given to the company's top producer. She won the award again in 2017. While at Epcon, Danielle began building meaningful relationships with the top real estate agents in the area.


After another successful year in 2018, Danielle walked away from her onsite career and joined eXp Realty in Raleigh. The perfect blend of southern charm and yankee grit, Danielle works tirelessly for her clients. Danielle takes pride in her honesty, passion and drive. When not working, Danielle enjoys satisfying her sweet tooth, dog kisses and quality family time.
